i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the room was clean and spacious, a great feature. the breakfast offered many choices and fresh options (i especially loved the pastries).

i encountered an issue with the room temperature, as i could not adjust it manually. reception controlled the temperature, inconvenient during the night.

My room had ample storage space. Javier and the front desk staff were helpful.

The rooftop pool was not adequately maintained . The external areas on the terrace were not clean. I noticed ants in my room and in the bathroom. The shower drain was also obstructed.
