the hotel is modern with a decent location.

the room lacked shower gel upon arrival which is disappointing. it does not meet expectations for a five-star hotel i believe.

friendly staff spacious room fresh options

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the room was clean and spacious, a great feature. the breakfast offered many choices and fresh options (i especially loved the pastries).

i encountered an issue with the room temperature, as i could not adjust it manually. reception controlled the temperature, inconvenient during the night.

the staff were helpful, specifically with directions.

The towels felt thin, almost papery. I expected plusher ones. the minibar prices were exorbitant. A small bottle of water cost nearly seven euros. this pricing seems exploitative.

Excellent Stay in a Prime Location

My room had ample storage space. Javier and the front desk staff were helpful.

The rooftop pool was not adequately maintained . The external areas on the terrace were not clean. I noticed ants in my room and in the bathroom. The shower drain was also obstructed.

The hotel features a very good location. It allows easy walking distance to many attractions. Staff can recommend local restaurants (I found this quite convenient).

the hotel's location was great it was central. i also found the staff very helpful and friendly.

the bar had limited options it was only drinks and nuts. the tap water smelled of bleach i seemed like i was bathing in swimming pool water.

the location was central to many attractions. the staff was happy to help with directions and recommendations. i found the air conditioning to be very effective (i stayed for three nights).
